Our coaching staff is made up of experienced and dedicated professionals who are passionate about basketball and about helping young people to achieve their goals. All our coaches are qualified with the NGB Basketball England and have been DBS checked to ensure safety of all young people .

Croydon Cougars Basketball Camps Refund Policy

We know that plans change and sometimes campers may not be able to attend a camp that they have booked.

• If you need to cancel a registration, for any reason we will refund you in full all the way up until 15 calendar days prior to the start date of the camp.

• If cancelled 14 days or less prior to the start of the event, you will be refunded 50% of the camp fees.

• Medical issues/death in the family can be refunded all but £30 admin fee, even within 14 days. If this is a medical issue, we will need a doctor's note faxed or emailed to us.

• No refunds will be issued after the start of a camp.

• In some circumstances and at the clubs discretion we may issue a credit note for a future camp if the reason for missing the camp is one that could not reasonably be foreseen.

If you are new to our club, we recommend you book a taster session at our Saturday open session to get a feel for the inclusive nature of our program as we cater for all players both beginners and experienced players.

All refund requests need to be put in writing to the club administrator and emailed  to croydoncougars@hotmail.co.uk
